SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

  1. Free or Paid Trial: We may offer a trial subscription, either free or for a small fee. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll be charged the price shown on the payment screen. We'll clearly indicate if a trial is available before you check out. Occasionally, we may offer discounted rates that renew at the regular price, or other promotions.
  2. Subscription Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each period (weekly, monthly, every 6 months, yearly, etc.) until you cancel.
  3. Payment Method: Payment is charged to the method you provided at purchase confirmation or at the end of the trial period. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
  4. Cancellation: Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel. Deleting the app doesn't cancel your subscription. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends or the current subscription period expires. If you subscribed on our website, you can cancel in your profile settings.
  5. Refunds: Refunds are provided at our discretion and are subject to our policies and applicable laws. After your subscription ends, we can't refund you unless required by law.
  6. Changes: We may change subscription fees at any time, providing you reasonable notice by posting new prices in the app or sending an email notification. If you don't agree to the new fees, you can cancel before they take effect.

MONEY-BACK POLICY

I. RULES FOR MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

In addition to the refund options provided by law, if you bought our app directly from our websites and were offered a money-back option during checkout, you can get a refund if you didn't see visible results with our program, provided you meet all the following conditions:

Contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase and before your subscription period ends. Followed our program for:

II. GENERAL REFUND POLICIES

Note for residents of specific US states: If you reside in California or Connecticut and cancel your purchase before midnight of the third business day following the purchase date, we will refund your payment.

If you're a consumer residing in the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland, you possess an automatic legal entitlement to withdraw from contracts involving the purchase of Services. However, it's important to note that when you acquire a single item of digital content, such as a video recording or a PDF file, you explicitly acknowledge and accept that this content becomes immediately accessible to you. Consequently, you forfeit your right of withdrawal, and therefore, you won't qualify for a refund.

By subscribing to our Service, which entails ongoing provision and is not a single item of digital content, you explicitly request and consent to immediate access to this Service. As a result, should you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal, we will deduct from your refund an amount that corresponds to the proportion of the Service that has already been provided to you before you notified us of your withdrawal from the contract.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal: If you have not forfeited your right of withdrawal, you have a period of 14 days from the day you enter into the contract to exercise this right. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at support@boostfitnes.com of your decision to withdraw from the contract by providing a clear statement (such as a letter sent by post or email). To ensure that you meet the withdrawal deadline, you must send your communication indicating your desire to withdraw from the contract before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
